Rob Baquera
President

A father of three daughters, Rob was elected to the Board in 2018. He is a committed community volunteer and has served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Roseville and Safe Kids Placer County, among others. Professionally, Rob manages the Public Affairs Unit for the Roseville Police Department and has a background in crime prevention, site security, and crisis communication. In his free time, Rob enjoys outdoor activities, family travel, and game nights.
Alisa Fong

A parent, resident for over 20 years, and longtime school volunteer, Alisa was first elected to the Board in 2016, and re-elected in 2018 and 2022. She served as Board President in 2018, 2020, and 2022-2024. She is the Past Parent Teacher Club President of Diamond Creek Elementary School and Cooley Middle School, served on Site Council , and on the Boards of the Roseville City School District Foundation and Roseville Community Preschool.
Cami Walker

Cami was appointed to the Board in February 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development. A resident of Roseville for over 20 years, she and her husband have raised their four children in the community. Cami has been deeply involved in the local school district as a dedicated volunteer, contributing extensively to the District’s art docent program as both a class docent and a head docent at Gates and Spanger Elementary Schools. Prior to her Board appointment, she served as the District art lead where she developed a new art curriculum for students in grades TK through 5. In her free time, Cami enjoys staying active and cheering on her children in their various sports activities.
Jonathan Zachreson

Jonathan Zachreson was elected to the Roseville City School District Board of Trustees in November 2022. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSU Sacramento and currently works as a finance manager in the healthcare industry. Jonathan’s passion for improving public education also led him to form a non-profit that advocates for student-first policies across the region and statewide. He lives in Roseville with his wife and three children.
