ParentSquare
RCSD's Home-to-School Communication System

ParentSquare logo

RCSD uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent/guardian, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage families to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

Overview

Volunteer

The Board of Education recognizes that volunteer assistance in schools can enrich the educational program, increase supervision of students, and contribute to school safety while strengthening the relationships between the district’s schools and the community. The Board encourages parents/guardians and other members of the community to share their time, knowledge, and abilities with students. Volunteers are responsible for the cost of fingerprinting.

Social Media

RCSD Social Media Purpose Statement and Engagement Guidelines

The Roseville City School District (RCSD) and its schools welcome the community’s contributions (e.g., posting comments) to its official Facebook and/or Instagram accounts. Social media is an important part of how we communicate with our online communities, including students, families, alumni and the general public. Our authorized social media platforms are used primarily to celebrate our students, staff, and communities.
