RFP 24-900 - Multi-purpose Room Audio Video System Modernization

The Roseville City School District (RCSD) is dedicated to serving the educational needs of over 12,000 students across 21 schools. Utilizing modern instructional methods, we aim to equip our students with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in an ever-evolving, technology-driven global landscape.

The District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors or resellers with established manufacturer relationships to provide a turnkey solution for the replacement and upgrade of outdated or malfunctioning audiovisual equipment and systems across fourteen (14) Elementary multipurpose rooms. The objective is to upgrade to industry-standard technology, hardware, and software while ensuring seamless integration with existing audiovisual equipment and systems.

RFQ 22-901: Push-To-Talk (PTT) Equipment & Monthly Recurring Service

Notice is hereby given that the Roseville City School District (“RCSD” or “District”) will accept quotes for the award of contracts for RFQ 22-901 Push-To-Talk Equipment And Monthly Recurring Service prior to January 21, 2022, 2:00 PM (PST) deadline.

The purpose of the Request for Quote (RFQ) is to solicit quotes from and seeks to collaborate with, qualified vendors or qualified resellers with strong manufacturer relationships, that can deliver nine (9) Sonim XP5s Push-to-Talk (PTT) handsets or equivalent, multi-unit charging solution, and monthly recurring service. 

The successful deployment will include delivery of both equipment and service on or before February 11, 2022.

 The Roseville City School District (RCSD or District), is inviting design build teams to submit qualifications (RFQ C80) to design and construct a new 600 student school for Roseville City School District.

The Design-Build team will be selected on a best-value basis and the project will proceed in the progressive design build methodology.

The Roseville City School District (hereafter “District” or “RCSD”) serves over 11,000 students across 19 schools and 3 support facilities. We utilize 21st-century instructional practices to ensure our students are academically confident and ready to navigate a rapidly-changing, technology-rich, global economy. The District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade, increase or replace its FIREWALL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. The District is looking for interested vendors who can provide solutions that will address its current and future needs.

The District is open to all proposals from vendors that meet the District’s needs and qualifications based on the information outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Roseville City School District (‘RCSD’ or ‘District’) is requesting proposals for the design, development, hosting, and maintenance of our District website and nineteen school websites. The primary goal is to ensure our website is accessible to persons with disabilities, under Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Other goals include modernizing its look and feel, facilitating content management, and enhancing its overall online presence and experience through the use of the latest web technologies to meet high standards for accessibility, design quality and visual appeal. The website should have a mobile and responsive web design that will adjust to any screen, and offer language translation options to better serve our diverse community.
