The Roseville City School District (RCSD) is dedicated to serving the educational needs of over 12,000 students across 21 schools. RCSD is requesting proposals for the supply, delivery, and installation of classroom furniture for 10 Portable Classrooms at one of our middle schools. This RFP outlines the specifications, requirements, and selection criteria for purchasing new furniture that will support the district’s educational environment and provide comfort and functionality for students and teachers.

The Roseville City School District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and training of indoor and outdoor portable public address (PA) sound systems that meet the needs of each site.

The selected vendor must provide systems that deliver clear audio projection in both indoor and outdoor environments while ensuring ease of use for staff. The District seeks high-quality sound solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure where applicable. The project includes the following categories:

• Fully Portable PA Systems: Self-contained, mobile public address (PA) systems designed for flexible use in both indoor and outdoor locations.
• Portable Systems with Indoor Audio Integration: Portable PA systems designed to interface with existing indoor audio systems at selected schools, ensuring smooth audio between indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Integrated Portable PA Systems with Mounted Speaker Connectivity: Portable PA systems capable of connecting to permanently mounted indoor speakers at selected schools, enhancing audio coverage while maintaining mobility.
