- Pickup (Ring or No Ring): Allows one to answer someone else’s call.
Phone FAQ’s
How to enable auto answer:
- Press blue button on phone
- Select “Superkey” from the menu that is displayed
- Answer “No” from the menu at the top of your screen
- Continue selecting “No” until you see “Auto Answer”
- Select “Turn On”
How to Check voicemail on another phone:
- Pick up handset
- Press the Voicemail key
- Press *
- Enter Extension
- Press *
- Enter Password
Voicemail – Outside of the District:
- Dial the District’s Main Number: 916-771-1600
- Press *
- Wait for the voicemail greeting
- Enter a mailbox number + * – For example: [site code + extension] + *
- Enter your voicemail passcode
- Listen to messages
Transfer External Call to User’s Voicemail:
- Press the Voicemail Key
- Enter the mailbox extension: [site code + extension]
Set up Extended Absence Greeting:
- Press your voicemail key
- Enter voicemail password
- Press 8 for Change User Options
- Press 4 to Change your Greeting
- Press 4 to Change your Extended Absence Greeting
- Press 7 to Record
To enable the greeting: Press 3 as the last option instead of 7
