• School Site Report, Crestmont Elementary School: Crestmont Elementary School staff will showcase Crestmont’s data, the programs that are offered to students, and student/family engagement opportunities.

Action Items:

• Second Interim Financial Report for the Period Ending January 31, 2026: As required by Education Code, this is the District’s financial report through January 31, 2026. Also presented are proposed budget revisions for the Board’s review and approval.
• Updated Roseville City School District (RCSD) Facilities Utilization Master Plan: District staff developed the Facilities Utilization Master Plan, which was originally approved by the Board of Education at the regularly scheduled February 18, 2016, Board meeting. The plan is reviewed on a continuous basis, updated as needed, and generally brought to the Board annually for review and approval.

Informational Items:

• Enrollment Projection Study: In November 2025, Woolpert was contracted to deliver a Demographers Study reviewing enrollment projections and trends for the Roseville City School District. This presentation will review the results and their implications for future student enrollments in RCSD.
• Boundary Adjustment Timeline and Draft Recommendation: Based on the information presented by Andrew Bishop of Woolpert regarding the recent enrollment study, this item will provide an overview of staff’s recommended draft boundary adjustments. The presentation will also outline the proposed timeline and next steps the District will need to take to effectively address projected enrollment growth over the next ten years.
• English Learner Update: District staff will provide an overview of our district’s English learners, including enrollment, English Language Development (ELD), assessment, and reclassification.
