RCSD gives credit up to 5 years of recent full-time service for placement on the Certificated Salary Schedule – Step 6, for general education positions. 

RCSD gives credit up to 7 years of recent full-time service for placement on the Certificated Salary Schedule – Step 8, for special education positions.

For salary column advancement, employees in their first year of service with the Roseville City School District will not be allowed to advance on the salary schedule until completion of two years service credit has been completed.
