My name is Tracy Nelson and I am a product of the Roseville City School District. I attended Crestmont, Warren T. Eich, and Oakmont, then completed my degree and credentialing program at Sacramento State. I have taught at Crestmont, Stoneridge and Junction Elementary for the past 26 years as a Kindergarten, first, second, and third grade teacher.

I have been a teacher in the Roseville City School District since 1994. I have taught Math and Science while teaching at Buljan. I try to make learning a hands-on and immersive experience for the students. I utilize technology, hands on experiments and prior learning to facilitate the NGSS standards.

As a Placer County native and Roseville High graduate, I am thrilled to be teaching in my old stomping grounds for the Roseville City School District. My love of teaching is fueled by the philosophy that if a student is happy, the learning will come easy; so, I work hard to create an environment that is positive and safe for all of our learners.
